Richemont CLM Solution Engineer in Moscavide, Portugal. Administer Sirion CLM platform and support procurement technology stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of the Sirion CLM platform, including user management, security configuration, workflow design, and template updates
- Gather feedback from product owner and business users to identify pain points and translate requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements
- Serve as the primary Level 3 technical point of contact for the CLM platform, providing user support, troubleshooting issues, and developing training materials
- Collaborate on platform implementation and future releases, including feature testing, sandbox/test environment management, and production deployment
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation for platform configurations, processes, and integrations
- Participate in evaluation and potential integration of additional SaaS platforms within the procurement technology stack
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience administering and configuring Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) SaaS tools such as Sirion, Icertis, Conga, DocuSign CLM, or Agiloft
- Comfort with system configuration, process and workflow design, and translating business processes into platform solutions
- Understanding of or experience working within product team methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Very good professional level of English; French is a plus

Proven hands-on experience administering and configuring Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) SaaS platforms such as Sirion, Icertis, Conga, DocuSign CLM, or Agiloft. Experience with system configuration, process and workflow design, and translating business processes into platform solutions. Previous experience with Sirion CLM is a significant advantage. Familiarity with other procurement or source-to-pay SaaS platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba, GEP) and basic knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data management are desirable.
