Richemont is seeking a Clienteling Product Management Intern to support Maison requirements, roadmap development, and ongoing clienteling product enhancements. The six-month internship begins in January 2027 and requires a school or university internship agreement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Clienteling Senior Product Owner in collecting Maison requirements, shaping the product roadmap, and driving continuous product enhancements and innovation.
- Consolidate and analyse Maison requests for clienteling product evolutions.
- Support prioritisation ceremonies and roadmap preparation with business and technical teams.
- Coordinate feature design, development monitoring, delivery checks, and bug resolution.
- Maintain clear end-user documentation and support adoption with the Change & Adoption team.
- Promote consistent user journeys, naming, translations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or a recent graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Initial experience in CRM, clienteling, client activation, retail, or product management is a plus.
- Agile, organised, and collaborative, with strong project coordination skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and JIRA/Confluence-type tools.
- A school or university internship agreement is required.
- Available for six months from January 2027.
