Richemont Clienteling Product Management Intern in Meyrin, Switzerland – 6-month internship starting July 15, 2026 supporting product roadmap development and innovation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collects, consolidates, and analyzes Maisons' requests for clienteling product evolutions
- Supports preparation of prioritization ceremonies with Maisons and technical teams to define the product roadmap in collaboration with the Senior Product Owner
- Assists the Senior Product Owner, UX/UI team, and Technical team in designing and monitoring the development of changes and new features
- Ensures proper feature delivery aligned with business requirements and specifications
- Monitors and supports the resolution of bugs and issues identified by the Maisons
- Collaborates with the Change and Adoption team to foster end-user adoption through up-to-date and accessible documentation
- Proposes complementary initiatives and best practices to ensure consistency and end-user satisfaction in feature development
Qualifications
- First experience in client relationship, engagement, CRM, Clienteling, Client Activation, or retail environments
- Prior experience in product management, ideally as a Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner
- Agile mindset with flexibility and strong team collaboration capabilities
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
- Fluency in English; French language proficiency is advantageous
- Familiarity with luxury and retail sectors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce (Service Cloud), and project planning platforms such as JIRA, Monday, or Confluence
- Valid internship agreement with school or university
Skills
Experience
First experience in client relationship management, CRM, clienteling, or retail; ideally prior exposure to product management or product owner roles within agile environments.
Education
Currently enrolled in an academic program with a valid internship agreement in place; no minimum degree level specified.
