Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day clienteling activities across boutiques and wholesale partners, including client follow-ups, appointment coordination and after-sales contact.
- Maintain and enrich customer records in the CRM: data entry, profile updates, segmentation and duplicate resolution to ensure impeccable data hygiene.
- Prepare client dossiers and briefing notes for sales teams and senior client advisors prior to appointments and VIP events.
- Assist in the planning and execution of client events and private viewings, coordinating logistics with internal teams and external vendors.
- Generate routine CRM reports and simple analytics to inform outreach strategies and identify high-potential clients.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with data-protection requirements when handling high-net-worth client information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, marketing, luxury management, hospitality or a related discipline.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to engage high-net-worth clientele with discretion.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over data accuracy and client records.
