Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day clienteling activities across boutiques and wholesale partners, including client follow-ups, appointment coordination and after-sales contact.
  • Maintain and enrich customer records in the CRM: data entry, profile updates, segmentation and duplicate resolution to ensure impeccable data hygiene.
  • Prepare client dossiers and briefing notes for sales teams and senior client advisors prior to appointments and VIP events.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of client events and private viewings, coordinating logistics with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Generate routine CRM reports and simple analytics to inform outreach strategies and identify high-potential clients.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with data-protection requirements when handling high-net-worth client information.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, marketing, luxury management, hospitality or a related discipline.
