Richemont seeks a Clienteling and Retail Excellence Coordinator in Paris to drive CRM and retail performance initiatives across flagship and partner boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage business performance reporting and KPI dashboards (Looker, Booster, AirTable) for headquarters management and retail boutiques
  • Coordinate CRM performance reporting and compliance tracking across external retail network
  • Design 360° sales enablement tools for product launches and seasonal activations in collaboration with marketing and headquarters teams
  • Track return on investment for customer experience initiatives and analyze post-campaign performance
  • Facilitate communication between headquarters, external agencies, and boutique teams on CRM treatments and clienteling analysis
  • Support retail teams with organization and execution of ROI and post-campaign clienteling analysis
  • Propose and implement customer and prospect engagement treatments and boutique activation strategies
  • Monitor and support budget tracking for retail initiatives
  • Develop and expand the experience catalog for diverse customer segments and retail applications
  • Create and disseminate guidelines for customer gifting programs, customer anniversary campaigns, and special events

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated passion for luxury and watchmaking
  • Strong teamwork mindset with excellent interpersonal and commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English (written and oral)
  • Operational readiness and ability to hit the ground running
