Richemont is hiring a Clienteling and Data Project Manager in Meyrin, Switzerland to lead CRM and clienteling implementations across maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for clienteling and CRM initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, vendor selection, implementation and post-launch optimisation.
  • Define and operationalise data strategy for clienteling: ensure data model alignment, ingestion pipelines, identity resolution and segmentation to enable personalised client engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (retail, e-commerce, IT, marketing, legal, external vendors) and drive alignment on timelines, budgets and deliverables.
  • Oversee integration of CRM and clienteling platforms with POS, e-commerce and analytics tools; manage UAT, training and local roll-outs across boutiques and channels.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure uptake, client conversion, retention and campaign performance; propose iterative improvements based on data insights.
  • Ensure data governance and regulatory compliance (privacy, consent management) are embedded in all clienteling processes and technical implementations.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and adoption programs for boutique staff and CRM users to maximise business value from clienteling tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, data science or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven project management experience delivering CRM, clienteling or retail data projects; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable understanding of CRM architectures, customer data platforms and clienteling workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across commercial, technical and regional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making; experience defining KPIs and building executive dashboards.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR) applicable to client data.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) or experience with Agile delivery is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, information systems, data science or a related field; project management certification is a plus.
