Richemont is hiring a Client Services Project Manager (Europe & CIS) in Geneva — lead CRM and client experience projects across Europe and the CIS.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of cross‑border client services projects across Europe and the CIS, including CRM rollouts, client experience initiatives and service process improvements.
- Define project scope, milestones, resource plans and budgets; manage timelines and mitigate risks to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary stakeholders — regional retail, brand teams, IT, external vendors and third‑party service providers — to align objectives and deliverables.
- Own requirements gathering, functional specifications and user acceptance testing for client‑facing systems and integrations.
- Implement change management activities: develop training materials, run workshops and ensure consistent operational adoption across markets.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and produce regular executive reporting and post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, information systems or a related discipline; advanced degree advantageous.
- Project management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑country programmes with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with proven experience delivering training and stakeholder engagement across diverse markets.

Experience
Approximately 5+ years of progressive project management experience, ideally within luxury retail, client services, CRM/IT projects or a related service environment; demonstrable track record of delivering multi‑market initiatives across Europe and the CIS.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, information systems or equivalent; project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
