Role & Responsibilities
- Perform high-precision watch repairs, servicing, and maintenance on luxury timepieces
- Provide expert technical consultation and guidance to clients regarding watch care and restoration
- Manage client relationships throughout the service lifecycle, maintaining detailed service records
- Execute quality control assessments to ensure all work meets exacting horological standards
