Richemont Client Service Executive position in Dubai – luxury retail customer relations role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Coordinate service delivery across departments to ensure seamless client experiences
- Support sales representatives with client information and sales support activities
- Track and document client preferences and transaction history
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell premium products and services
- Resolve client concerns and complaints with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client service, customer relations, or luxury retail environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic highly preferred
- Discretion and confidentiality awareness in handling sensitive client information

3–5 years of professional experience in customer service, client relations, or luxury retail sector.
Education
Secondary education minimum; diploma or degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred.
