Richemont seeks a Client Service Associate in Phuket to deliver luxury client support and relationship management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Address client inquiries and requests with professionalism and responsiveness
- Maintain detailed client records and preferences to enhance service personalization
- Collaborate with retail and operational teams to resolve client matters efficiently
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across the Richemont portfolio
- Support the development and retention of the client base through exceptional service delivery
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
