Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-touch, personalised service to clients in a luxury boutique environment, including face-to-face consultations and appointment-based selling.
- Manage and maintain client records and relationship activity within the CRM to support targeted clienteling and follow-up.
- Process sales transactions, refunds and exchanges accurately using the store POS; perform daily cash reconciliations and basic till administration.
- Coordinate after-sales service requests and repairs with internal service teams and external ateliers, ensuring timely client communication.
- Support visual merchandising and boutique standards to reflect brand guidelines and seasonal windows.
- Contribute to store KPIs through proactive outreach, appointment conversion and upselling while maintaining the integrity of the client relationship.
- Work collaboratively with store colleagues and management to escalate client enquiries and ensure continuity of service across channels.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service with an emphasis on discretion and relationship building.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; polished presentation and professional demeanour.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for handling transactions and basic reconciliations.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of client-facing retail experience, ideally within luxury goods (watches, high jewellery or premium fashion). Experience with CRM-driven clienteling and appointment selling is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma (or equivalent); tertiary or vocational qualification in retail, hospitality, business or related discipline is advantageous.
