Richemont in Dubai seeks a part-time Client Service Associate (UAE Nationals) to deliver exceptional clienteling and in-boutique service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, anticipatory client service and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clientele in a boutique environment.
- Manage client appointments, welcome visitors, and provide personalised product advice and styling guidance aligned with maison standards.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, execute targeted follow-ups and support clienteling activities to maximise lifetime value.
- Process sales transactions, returns and after‑sales requests accurately using the boutique POS and follow established cash-handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve boutique KPIs and support visual merchandising and stock replenishment to uphold brand presentation.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, confidentiality standards and boutique operating procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Applicant must be a UAE national and legally eligible to work in the UAE.
- Professional, client-focused demeanour with impeccable grooming and presentation consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to engage with an international, high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or high-touch client service is preferred; formal retail or hospitality training is an advantage.

Preferably 1+ years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, hospitality or a high-service environment, with demonstrated success in clienteling and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
