Richemont seeks Client Satisfaction Project Manager in Paris to lead initiatives enhancing luxury client experience and loyalty across brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client satisfaction improvement projects from conception through execution and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple business units and brands within the Richemont group
- Develop and implement client feedback mechanisms and satisfaction measurement frameworks
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Analyze client satisfaction data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Identify process improvements and best practices to optimize client experience touchpoints
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project management experience in luxury goods, hospitality, or client-focused industries
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)

Education
