Richemont seeks Client Satisfaction Project Manager in Paris to lead initiatives enhancing luxury client experience and loyalty across brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client satisfaction improvement projects from conception through execution and reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple business units and brands within the Richemont group
  • Develop and implement client feedback mechanisms and satisfaction measurement frameworks
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze client satisfaction data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for senior leadership

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in luxury goods, hospitality, or client-focused industries
