Client Relations Supervisor at Richemont in Las Vegas – lead luxury client engagement and manage relationship teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of client relations specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies to enhance retention and lifetime value
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for service improvement
- Manage escalated client inquiries and complex relationship issues with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate with retail, merchandising, and digital teams to deliver seamless omnichannel client experiences
- Prepare performance reports and analytics on team productivity and client metrics
- Train team members on luxury brand standards, product knowledge, and clienteling best practices
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or management experience in luxury retail or hospitality
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and customer service excellence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence at multiple organizational levels
- Experience with CRM systems and client data analytics
- Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in client services, retail management, or luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity managing client-facing teams.
Education
