Richemont Client Relations Supervisor in Las Vegas, Nevada. Drive luxury retail sales and clienteling culture at a jewelry, watches, and accessories boutique. $25–$28/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales achievement through appropriate sales techniques and reach monthly, weekly, and annual store targets with the team
- Increase average basket size in quantity and value (UPT, AVT) and develop cross-selling opportunities leveraging product knowledge
- Provide onboarding training for new hires on the Chloe Clienteling App, data capture, client segmentation, and omnichannel tools
- Support stylists experiencing difficulties by sharing best practices and building action plans for outreach-to-appointment conversion, data collection, and client segmentation growth
- Ensure daily utilization of Clientela by all stylists and track completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain personalized relationships with top-tier clients and execute targeted retention activities to increase business from premium segments
- Conduct proactive outreach to repeater and explorer clients regarding brand messages, promotions, and latest deliveries
- Execute reactivation strategies for inactive clients ('sleepers') according to management targets
- Identify external partnership opportunities to drive additional sales and develop supporting tools
- Partner with corporate team to develop outlet contact plans and support regional retail initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- Experience with clienteling software preferred
- Strong product knowledge and consultative selling abilities
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach retail associates
- Proficiency with CRM systems and omnichannel retail platforms
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, with demonstrated success in client relationship management and sales achievement. Experience with luxury retail, high-value client portfolios, and clienteling software is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or retail management certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 28 per hour.
