Richemont seeks Client Relations Supervisor in Bal Harbour, Florida to lead retail sales, clienteling initiatives, and team mentorship at luxury jewelry boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales and achieve individual and team sales goals through appropriate sales techniques
- Lead the development and execution of client relationship management initiatives, including CRM activities, client development programs, and special events
- Mentor stylists on clienteling best practices, including utilization of the Chloe Clienteling App, data capture, client segmentation, and omnichannel tools
- Provide onboarding training for new hires on CRM systems, data management, and available retail technologies
- Support stylists in improving key performance areas including outreach-to-appointment conversion, data collection, client segmentation growth, unit price ticket (UPT), and average ticket value (AVT)
- Ensure consistent daily usage of clienteling software and task completion by all team members
- Manage client segmentation strategy across top clients, repeater clients, explorer clients, and inactive clients with targeted retention and reactivation initiatives
- Execute personalized relationship-building activities for top-tier clientele to maintain strong connections and increase business
- Coordinate with corporate team to develop outlet contact plans and identify external partnership opportunities to drive incremental sales
- Monitor and increase average basket metrics in both quantity and value through cross-selling strategies and comprehensive product knowledge deployment
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience
- Experience with clienteling software or CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor retail teams
- Strong understanding of client relationship management principles and omnichannel retail operations
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience, with demonstrated expertise in sales leadership, client relationship management, and team mentorship. Experience with clienteling software platforms is strongly preferred.
