Richemont seeks a Client Relations Centre Team Leader in Sydney to lead a high-performing customer service team and elevate client engagement standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of client relations specialists to deliver exceptional customer service across multiple touchpoints
- Oversee daily operations of the client relations centre, ensuring optimal efficiency and adherence to service standards
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and advance their careers within the luxury sector
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the client experience and operational effectiveness
