Richemont is hiring a Client Relations Centre Coordinator Intern in Amsterdam. Internship supporting CRM, client enquiries and cross‑functional service operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the client relations centre team in managing inbound and outbound client enquiries across phone, email and digital channels.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and appropriate follow-up actions.
- Coordinate appointment bookings, service requests and order tracking between boutiques, ateliers and after-sales teams.
- Prepare weekly and ad-hoc reports on case volumes, response times and client satisfaction metrics to inform operational improvements.
- Assist with the implementation and testing of CRM workflows, templates and service-level procedures.
- Liaise with cross‑functional stakeholders (retail, after-sales, logistics) to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting process gaps and proposing efficiency measures.
- Provide administrative support for team projects, training sessions and client communications as required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in business, hospitality, communications or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch language ability is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing requests.
- Professional phone manner and demonstrated client-service orientation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and handling confidential client information.
- Availability for the internship period and flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if required by the centre’s schedule.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or up to one year of experience in client service, retail operations, hospitality or a contact-centre environment is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable customer-facing experience will be considered an asset.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme.
