Richemont is hiring a Client Relations Center Coordinator Intern in Amsterdam — internship supporting CRM and client services for the group's maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of the client relations centre: triage inbound enquiries across phone, email and web channels and ensure timely, accurate responses.
  • Maintain and update client records and case logs in the CRM; ensure data quality and ticket resolution tracking.
  • Coordinate with boutiques, after-sales and logistics teams to progress client requests, orders, repairs and returns.
  • Prepare routine client communications, scripted responses and follow-up messages while escalating complex issues to senior advisors.
  • Produce basic operational reports and activity metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to process documentation, knowledge base maintenance and multilingual support where required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, communications, hospitality, languages or a related discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer-service orientation.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discreet and professional when handling high-value client information and enquiries.

Experience

Internship-level role; prior exposure to customer service, retail or hospitality environments is preferred but not required. Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles, front-line service or administrative coordination will be advantageous.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree programme in Business, Communication, Hospitality, Languages or a related field.
