Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Assistant Manager for Client Relations Center in Tokyo; luxury high jewelry maison hiring leadership talent.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), managing follow-up actions with ambassadors to ensure service excellence
- Develop and execute clienteling plans in collaboration with ambassadors, overseeing client journeys across online and offline channels to optimize engagement and satisfaction
- Provide coaching and development to team members through one-to-one meetings, constructive feedback, role-playing exercises, and structured training in partnership with the training department
- Handle and resolve escalated client issues and complex operational matters through close coordination with Operations, Client Development teams, and boutique locations
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in contact center management and/or luxury business sectors
- Demonstrated sales expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional client service standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and motivate diverse teams
- Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English fluency
