Richemont seeks a Client Relations Ambassador in Singapore to manage VIP clients, appointments and CRM for its boutique network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, discreet service to VIP and high-potential clients across pre-visit, in-boutique and post-sale interactions.
- Manage and expand a client portfolio using the brand CRM: schedule private appointments, track preferences, log contact reports and follow up on enquiries.
- Coordinate client appointments, bespoke requests and cross-boutique sourcing with internal stakeholders to secure product availability and timely delivery.
- Support sales objectives through attentive relationship management, targeted outreach campaigns and event invitations for key clients.
- Maintain exhaustive product and brand knowledge to present merchandise with technical accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
- Escalate and resolve client issues professionally, liaising with after‑sales, repairs and service teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Contribute to boutique standards: merchandising upkeep, client area presentation and adherence to brand protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or client relations, preferably within watches, jewellery or high-end accessories.
- Demonstrable ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth and discerning clientele.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding discretion and professionalism.
- Commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset and experience meeting or exceeding boutique revenue or retention targets.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, and to attend client events outside standard hours.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2–4 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, boutique clienteling or a hospitality environment serving high-net-worth customers. Experience with VIP servicing, appointment-based selling and CRM-driven outreach is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in hospitality, business, marketing or a related discipline is advantageous but not required.
