Richemont Client Relations Center Ambassador in Seoul—luxury customer service and phone sales role. Full-time, Bachelor's required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accuracy and speed
- Conduct outbound calls for order guidance, repair quotes, and boutique connections
- Compose professional and courteous communications in all client interactions
- Engage with customers through website and online platforms with high responsiveness
- Drive revenue growth and achieve phone sales targets through luxury retail expertise
- Identify and execute up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with e-commerce team to deliver consistent multichannel customer experience
- Stay current on product information, services, promotions, and best practices
- Identify severity of customer complaints and escalate appropriately for resolution
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues
- Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent communication skills
- Secure customer repurchase and drive high retention rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of contact center or customer service environment experience in luxury or retail industry
- University degree (Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree minimum)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean
- Technical agility with multiple applications and systems; ability to multitask between tools
- Strong collaborative mindset and team player mentality
- SAP or Salesforce experience preferred
- E-commerce experience in luxury retail sector preferred
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for luxury brand market segments (jewelry, watches, fashion)
- Customer service-related certifications preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a contact center, customer service, or luxury retail environment. Demonstrated success in phone sales and multichannel customer engagement is essential. Experience with e-commerce platforms and luxury brand product categories is advantageous.
Education
University degree required; minimum Associate's degree (전문학사) or Bachelor's degree (학사). Formal customer service certifications are preferred.
