Richemont Client Relations Ambassador position in Seoul, Korea—luxury clienteling and VIP relationship management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients through personalized communication and bespoke service delivery
- Coordinate exclusive previews, events, and private shopping experiences tailored to individual client preferences
- Maintain comprehensive client profiles and activity records within CRM systems to enable proactive service and targeted engagement
- Liaise with merchandising and retail teams to communicate client requests, special orders, and customization requirements
- Represent the brand at events, private functions, and client gatherings with sophistication and brand integrity
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end client management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with discerning clientele
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Fluency in Korean and English; additional languages preferred
