Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, anticipatory client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining high conversion and average transaction values.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across collections and articulate provenance, materials and technical features to clients.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and store presentation.
- Operate POS systems, process transactions accurately and ensure compliance with cash handling and after-sales procedures.
- Support private client events, trunk shows and VIP appointments; prepare client dossiers and manage CRM records.
- Collaborate with boutique team to share market intelligence, customer feedback and local business development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing aptitude with a polished, professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and evenings; flexible availability for events and VIP appointments.
- Comfort with sales target-driven environments and the discipline to follow operational procedures and loss-prevention policies.
- Right to work in Mexico and willingness to undertake brand-specific training and certification.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of client-facing retail experience, preferably within luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch customer service.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality, retail or luxury-brand training is advantageous.
