Client Marketing Manager at Richemont (Hong Kong). Develop CRM strategy for luxury jewelry and watches portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategy within assigned scope, ensuring alignment with Group Digital strategy and long-term business objectives
  • Oversee CRM system implementation and maintenance, identifying opportunities for enhancement and improvement
  • Manage key data management system aspects, including development and operation of essential system elements
  • Support digital channel management through front-end interactive technologies, focusing on usability, design, user interface, and device strategy
  • Facilitate understanding of engagement metrics and provide regular performance analysis to stakeholders
  • Execute communications plans within established systems and procedures
  • Collect business requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, translating them into target user roles and goals
  • Communicate local action plans and their alignment with organizational strategy to motivate team achievement of business objectives
  • Develop and propose performance objectives, ensuring achievement through organizational performance management systems
  • Manage and report on team performance, setting appropriate objectives for direct reports and project teams while holding individuals accountable
  • Develop and design training and development programs addressing gaps in digital capability across the organization
  • Implement security measures such as firewalls and message encryption, monitoring performance and coordinating with security experts
  • Deliver budgets for assigned areas or conduct complex analyses on budget progress, ensuring financial accountability
