Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with assigned clientele to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify client needs and preferences to provide tailored product recommendations and service solutions
- Manage client accounts, monitor purchasing patterns, and proactively communicate product launches and exclusive offerings
