Richemont seeks a Client Experience Project Manager in Meyrin, Switzerland to lead customer journey initiatives across luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the conception and execution of client-centric digital and physical experience initiatives across Richemont's portfolio brands
- Manage cross-functional project teams, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to deliver customer experience improvements
- Conduct research and analysis to identify client pain points and opportunities for enhancement throughout the customer journey
- Develop and implement client experience strategies that align with brand positioning and corporate objectives
- Monitor key performance indicators and client satisfaction metrics to measure project impact and recommend continuous improvements
Qualifications
- Proven project management experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium consumer services
- Demonstrated expertise in customer experience design or journey mapping
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and omnichannel customer engagement
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Skills
Experience
3 to 5 years of professional project management experience, ideally within luxury goods, premium hospitality, or client-facing service sectors. Prior experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex, enterprise-scale initiatives is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or related discipline. PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar professional certification is advantageous.
