Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development and implementation of in-store client experiences integrating brand storytelling through interactive and phygital installations across new and existing boutique locations
  • Coordinate deployment of in-store screens and audiovisual experiences across all points of sale in collaboration with external creative agencies
  • Integrate manufacture storytelling content into retail software platforms and oversee the sourcing of watchmaking content in close collaboration with Manufacture Ateliers, Heritage, and Product Marketing teams
  • Assume full ownership of project budgets including purchase orders, invoice tracking, and financial forecasting for all experience-related initiatives
  • Develop and implement reporting frameworks to evaluate experience effectiveness, translating qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable improvements
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of client experience initiatives for new boutique openings and existing locations, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to brand guidelines across all markets
  • Collaborate with Store Design Planning, Visual Merchandising, and commercial teams to align on timelines, installation logistics, and brand standards throughout rollout phases
  • Serve as primary point of contact for markets throughout boutique rollout phases and support adoption of new tools at points of sale through development of usage guidelines and training toolkits
  • Pilot projects in close coordination with internal digital and CRM teams to enhance the brand's online watchmaking experience, managing integration of manufacture content onto the website
  • Oversee development of new functionalities on the dedicated online booking platform in partnership with external agencies, acting as project lead

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience in project management within luxury retail, client experience, visual merchandising, or trade marketing
  • Demonstrated track record of deploying phygital tools or experiential retail installations across multiple markets
  • Familiarity with boutique rollout processes and retail operations
  • Cross-functional project management expertise with ability to coordinate multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management and reporting tools is advantageous
