Delvaux Brussels Client Experience Intern – Support luxury hospitality, event coordination, and client loyalty initiatives at the world's oldest fine leather goods house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and organization of exclusive client visits to the Delvaux Atelier at l'Arsenal
- Coordinate travel and hospitality arrangements for clients visiting Belgium, including accommodation, transportation, and restaurant reservations
- Assist in the planning and execution of client events in Belgium and internationally in collaboration with regional teams
- Contribute to the development of the VIP hospitality strategy and deliver exceptional, memorable client experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Luxury Management, Hospitality, Communication, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as a team player across departments
- Refined sensibility for luxury, client experience, and hospitality
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

The role is designed for students or recent graduates with relevant academic background in luxury management, hospitality, marketing, or communication. Prior internship or work experience in hospitality, event coordination, or client-facing luxury environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
