Role & Responsibilities
- Create exceptional and lasting client memories through personalized, refined hospitality
- Deliver exceptional welcome to every client upon entry and ensure outstanding hospitality throughout each visit
- Anticipate guest needs and utilize Jaeger-LeCoultre's rich history and storytelling to enhance the client experience
- Offer hospitality services including refreshments, food, and comfort with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist and support Sales Associates during sales presentations by running product, gathering sales accessories, gift wrapping, and capturing client data
- Organize and execute in-boutique client events and activations
- Collaborate with the Watchmaker to deliver unique watchmaking experiences in the Atelier d'Antoine
- Oversee daily boutique traffic flow, manage appointment scheduling, and handle walk-in client management
- Prepare client appointments and ensure smooth coordination between Sales Associates and clients
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with CRM data input and reporting
- Handle telephone and email inquiries with discretion and professionalism
- Ensure boutique environment meets Maison standards of presentation and ambiance
- Manage hospitality supplies including drinkware, serveware, menus, and beverages
- Track and organize client experience tools such as gifts, selling materials, and catalogs
- Partner with boutique team to oversee product movement, shipments, transfers, and consignments while following proper procedures
- Perform daily inventory counts and participate in boutique opening and closing routines
- Collaborate with management and sales team to improve client satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Jaeger-LeCoultre heritage, values, and watchmaking expertise
- Understand and comply with security and operational procedures
- Gather industry insights and competitive intelligence from the luxury watch community
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or luxury retail environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
