Cartier Client Experience Coordinator, Miami. Support luxury boutique operations and create exceptional client experiences in this long-term temporary assignment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create exceptional client experiences through welcoming service and consistent attention to detail
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality upon client entry and maintain engagement throughout boutique visits
  • Manage front podium duties, assisting appointments and walk-in clients in a timely, professional manner
  • Leverage Cartier heritage and storytelling to enhance client discovery and product presentation
  • Support sales associates with appointment preparation, product presentation, and sales finalization tasks such as gift wrapping and Cartier Care
  • Process client service requests including repairs, personalization, strap changes, bracelet sizing, and engraving
  • Support commercial teams with client development activities, data entry, and client relationship management
  • Provide concierge-level services including restaurant reservations, directions, entertainment coordination, and specialized requests
  • Manage phone operations, including call routing, message retrieval, and appointment scheduling
  • Monitor and achieve all key performance indicators consistently
  • Support boutique traffic flow and daily management of the appointment booking system (RDV)
  • Maintain visual standards, product displays, and general cleanliness of sales floor and support areas
  • Partner with Operations Coordinator on inventory management, supply replenishment, and product movement while maintaining quality control
  • Participate in inventory control processes, including counts and stock reconciliation to support annual inventory success
  • Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, boutique setup and breakdown
  • Develop foundational brand knowledge regarding Cartier heritage and maison values
  • Ensure compliance with security, operational, and transaction processing procedures
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive landscape, and community engagement opportunities
  • Collaborate with boutique team to share best practices and uphold operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments
  • Excellent computer proficiency and technology skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience preferred
  • Fluency in additional languages a plus
  • Availability for retail hours including weekends and flexibility for training travel
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic boutique environment
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of client service priorities and needs
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with precision

Experience
