Richemont is hiring a Client Experience Coordinator in Istanbul (Istinye) to manage appointments, clienteling and boutique service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to boutique clients and ensure consistent luxury-brand standards across all client touchpoints.
- Manage client appointments, reservations and walk-ins; coordinate client visits and private viewings in the Istinye boutique.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM, log preferences and purchase histories, and ensure data confidentiality.
- Support sales advisors by preparing client dossiers, coordinating follow-ups and facilitating after‑sales requests.
- Organise and execute in‑store client events, product previews and private appointments in collaboration with the boutique team and marketing.
- Operate the point-of-sale system for sales transactions, exchanges and returns; liaise with inventory and logistics to ensure product availability.
- Monitor boutique presentation and support visual merchandising efforts to uphold maison standards.
- Prepare regular client reports and contribute actionable insights to improve conversion and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail, clienteling or high-end hospitality; boutique or brand experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a polished customer-facing manner.
- Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client interactions concurrently.
- Discretion and respect for client confidentiality; professional presentation consistent with luxury standards.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment, including occasional weekend or evening shifts.
- Knowledge of watches, jewellery or luxury goods is an advantage; willingness to deepen product expertise on the job.
- Fluency in Turkish and competency in English is highly desirable for Istanbul-based client interactions.

Experience
Typically 2+ years in luxury retail, boutique client services or hospitality roles with demonstrable clienteling experience; prior exposure to watches, jewellery or premium accessories is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational or tertiary qualifications in hospitality, retail management, business or a related discipline preferred.
