Richemont seeks a Client Experience Coordinator (long‑term temporary) in Chicago to support client relations, appointments and boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for client enquiries and appointment scheduling, ensuring a consistently elevated, brand‑appropriate experience.
  • Maintain and update client records and histories in the CRM to support personalised service and follow‑up activities.
  • Coordinate client events, private appointments and after‑sales activities in collaboration with sales and boutique teams.
  • Prepare client communications and correspondence, including confirmations, thank‑you notes and tailored outreach.
  • Support daily store operations with reporting, inventory reconciliations for client files, and ad hoc administrative tasks.

  • Proven ability to deliver discreet, high‑touch client service in a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
