Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for client enquiries and appointment scheduling, ensuring a consistently elevated, brand‑appropriate experience.
- Maintain and update client records and histories in the CRM to support personalised service and follow‑up activities.
- Coordinate client events, private appointments and after‑sales activities in collaboration with sales and boutique teams.
- Prepare client communications and correspondence, including confirmations, thank‑you notes and tailored outreach.
- Support daily store operations with reporting, inventory reconciliations for client files, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver discreet, high‑touch client service in a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing requests and manage a dynamic schedule.
- Professional demeanour, cultural sensitivity and the ability to represent premium maisons with tact and poise.
- Availability for a long‑term temporary assignment and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by client appointments or events.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a client‑facing role within luxury retail, hospitality or a comparable service environment; experience supporting high‑net‑worth clientele preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, business or a related field preferred.
