Cartier Client Experience Assistant Manager position in Seoul, Korea. Lead luxury client engagement, cultural initiatives, and brand experience strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Maison's Client Experience strategy aligned with business priorities and global vision
  • Design tailored client engagement programs for different segments to strengthen loyalty and emotional connection
  • Manage client gifting strategy based on client insights, preferences, and business objectives
  • Manage the annual Client Experience calendar, budget, reporting, and headquarters communication
  • Collaborate with Maison Cheongdam, boutiques, Retail, and High-End teams to improve client experiences
  • Measure and analyze client experience initiatives and recommend improvements based on qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Develop and execute Art & Culture programs that enrich client experience and reinforce Cartier's cultural identity
  • Support Fondation Cartier collaborations and local cultural partnerships
  • Identify artists, cultural institutions, and emerging collaboration opportunities aligned with Cartier's vision
  • Manage exhibitions, performances, talks, intimate events, and cultural activations from planning through execution
  • Support development and implementation of corporate initiatives and CSR projects
  • Build institutional partnerships with cultural organizations, public institutions, artists, and external stakeholders
  • Develop communication narratives that reinforce Cartier's heritage, values, and social commitment
  • Monitor cultural, luxury, and client experience trends to identify future opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in luxury, hospitality, client engagement, communication, art & culture, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of luxury client experience and relationship management
  • Passion for art, culture, hospitality, and contemporary lifestyle
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Positive attitude, agility, collaboration, and high sensitivity to luxury brand standards

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline; preference given to candidates with backgrounds in Business Administration, Hospitality, Art History, Communications, or related fields.
