Richemont Client Experience & Training Manager in Hong Kong SAR — lead luxury retail training and client experience across North East Asia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on client service excellence and product knowledge across retail teams
- Develop and implement client experience strategies tailored to the North East Asia market
- Assess training needs and create targeted curricula to elevate service standards
- Mentor and coach retail managers and client-facing staff
- Measure training effectiveness and client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with regional operations and merchandising teams to align training with business objectives
- Oversee continuous improvement of customer touchpoints and experience protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail training and client experience management
- Strong background in program development and instructional design
