Richemont Internship - Client Experience & Satisfaction in Geneva. Support luxury service excellence and client satisfaction initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and analysis of client satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Assist in documenting and analyzing client experience touchpoints across digital and physical channels
- Contribute to the development of service excellence protocols and best practice recommendations
- Support communication and follow-up activities with VIP clientele and key account stakeholders
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at elevating customer experience standards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or related field
- Demonstrated passion for luxury service and client relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
