Role & Responsibilities
- Lead client relationship strategies and ensure seamless, personalized experiences across all brand touchpoints
- Develop and implement client engagement programs that enhance loyalty and lifetime value
- Oversee client communication protocols and ensure premium service standards are consistently maintained
- Collaborate with retail, marketing, and digital teams to create cohesive client journeys
- Analyse client feedback and behaviour data to inform experience enhancements
- Manage escalation resolution and ensure client satisfaction at the highest level
- Train and mentor team members on luxury service excellence and clienteling best practices
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in luxury brand client relations or hospitality management
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in service-oriented environments
