Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular boutique visits (3–4 days weekly) to support directors, managers and associates; improve clienteling KPIs and reinforce best practices across the region
  • Build and embed a clienteling mindset within boutiques through daily routines, morning meetings, coaching conversations and performance discussions
  • Drive adoption of client outreach tools and create operational environments that prioritize strategic clienteling activities
  • Support implementation and rollout of new clienteling tools and initiatives; scale best practices across boutiques
  • Partner with the North America Client Engagement team on enhancements; provide business and local market insights for future development
  • Lead and support the rollout of clienteling training programs to upskill boutique teams and improve efficiency; provide coaching support to ensure adoption
  • Create personalized quarterly client development plans in partnership with boutique teams, focusing on priority and high-potential clients
  • Support boutiques in managing client engagement budgets and tracking ROI; coordinate client gifting initiatives aligned with brand guidelines
  • Identify and nominate suitable clients for exclusive brand experiences, high-jewelry events and special activations
  • Allocate limited edition watches within the region; plan events strategy by boutique around commercial peaks and collection launches
  • Implement client acquisition and retention initiatives around boutique openings or relocations; maximize ROI and set measurable targets
  • Ensure high standards of client database management; review boutique client portfolios to identify opportunities for retention, development and reactivation
  • Review monthly clienteling KPIs and generate actionable insights to drive boutique performance; support underperforming locations with targeted improvement plans
  • Coach Sales Associates in developing strong clienteling habits; identify low performers and implement development plans with boutique leaders
  • Foster a collaborative, client-focused team culture and ensure all team members embody brand values and deliver exceptional client experiences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferred)
  • 10+ years of luxury goods retail or luxury hospitality management experience
  • Boutique management or client development/engagement experience
  • Proven experience managing budgets and tracking project ROI
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to extract actionable insights from data
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong attention to detail and business acumen
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
