Richemont Client Engagement Manager (Fixed-Term) in Paris—drive luxury client relationships and omnichannel experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized client engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships with key accounts
- Coordinate multi-channel communications and curated experiences tailored to individual client preferences
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and provide strategic insights to improve service delivery
