Cartier North America seeks Client Engagement Coordinator in New York. Manage budgets, analyze ROI, and drive client engagement strategies in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own budget management for the Client Engagement Team, prioritizing spending based on business needs and ensuring timely, appropriate fund allocation
- Track and monitor spending via Excel, reconcile expenses, and process invoices with appropriate follow-up on variance from plan
- Forecast and plan spending in partnership with Boutiques and Regional Directors
- Prepare monthly financial reporting to executive team
- Manage vendor onboarding and ongoing vendor relationships
- Support activation strategy planning by pulling and consolidating performance data for events, product launches, and boutique openings
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and performance summaries, translating insights into recommendations for future activations
- Own boutique gifting and treatment allocations, assessing regional needs and partnering with brand teams on strategy and feedback
- Allocate and track numbered limited-edition watches, aligning inventory with business priorities and client demand
- Support client request prioritization based on sales strategy, demand, and client profiles in collaboration with merchandising teams
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding numbered limited-edition watch requests and boutique gifting
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and procedures across all engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 1+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects involving data analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and across different business disciplines with critical thinking and proactive problem-solving

Minimum 1+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects relating to data analysis and performance metrics in a retail, luxury retail, or client-engagement environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related field.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30 to USD 34 per hour.
