Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation and day-to-day management of client engagement and clienteling programmes across boutiques and digital channels.
- Administer and maintain CRM records, ensuring data integrity, segmentation and up-to-date client profiles for VIPs and key customers.
- Coordinate VIP appointment scheduling, private viewings and in-store events; serve as the operational liaison between boutiques, marketing and concierge services.
- Prepare regular client reports and actionable insights for boutique management and regional client directors to drive retention and acquisition.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up activities, ensuring personalised, timely communications and a consistent service standard.
- Collaborate with merchandising, visual merchandising and operations to align client programmes with product launches and seasonal initiatives.
- Ensure strict client confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies in all client interactions and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in clienteling, CRM administration or luxury retail client services; experience with VIP clientele preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, client-focused manner and high discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple stakeholders and deliver flawless service under pressure.

Education
