Richemont Client Director Europe position in Paris. Lead regional luxury client relationships and revenue growth across Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic client relationship management and business development across all European markets
- Develop and execute regional client acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage and mentor a team of client-facing professionals and relationship managers
- Establish and maintain partnerships with key luxury retail, wholesale, and strategic accounts
- Present business performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Oversee budget allocation and resource planning for client-facing operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior client management or business development roles within luxury goods or high-end retail
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams in a multinational environment
- Strong understanding of European luxury markets and client segmentation strategies
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage with C-suite and decision-makers
- Strategic mindset combined with strong commercial acumen and financial management expertise
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in client management, business development, or related leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a regional or group management capacity within the luxury sector or comparable high-value business environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
