Client Data & Intelligence Assistant Manager at Richemont in Seoul: Drive analytics and CRM strategy for luxury retail across Korea.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive client data analysis and reporting to uncover trends, behavioral patterns, and lifecycle progressions in the Korea market
- Transform raw client data into structured analysis and robust intelligence to guide strategic and operational business decisions
- Foster data hygiene standards and drive continuous improvement in client data collection, cleansing, and database quality protocols
- Design and maintain regular dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and executive summaries for internal stakeholders
- Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable business insights and presentations for cross-functional audiences
- Identify emerging market and client trends to support proactive business planning and competitive positioning
- Build targeting lists and audience groups for CRM campaigns, events, and clienteling activities
