Vacheron Constantin seeks a Client Data & Insights Manager in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland. Drive global CRM strategy through data governance and actionable insights.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to monitor client engagement growth across markets and translate business insights into data-driven action plans
- Support markets in implementing client development strategies based on comprehensive data insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards ensuring clear performance visibility tailored for retail teams and executive leadership
- Supervise client segmentation and scoring methodologies while ensuring the highest standards of data governance and compliance
- Support retail teams in embedding a strong client data culture across the organization
- Ensure a healthy, compliant, and actionable client database by monitoring data quality, completeness, and enrichment across markets
- Drive continuous improvement in targeting accuracy and support retail teams in embedding relevant targeting strategies for campaigns
- Manage and track requests through a centralized ticketing system, ensuring proper prioritization and resolution of data, CRM, and reporting requests
- Standardize key performance indicator frameworks and reporting methodologies globally
- Strengthen executive visibility on client performance across all markets
- Act as key contact for client data topics with the Group, ensuring alignment with Group frameworks, tools, and reporting standards
- Collaborate closely with Regions, Marketing, Retail, Commercial, Customer Service, and key maison stakeholders to fuel business growth
- Promote best practice sharing across markets and international regions
Qualifications
- Solid experience in client analytics, CRM, or data-driven environments
- Expertise in CRM ecosystems, particularly Salesforce
- Understanding of database management and data quality principles
- Ability to operate in complex, international matrix organizations with high precision and business acumen
- Solution-oriented approach and client-centric mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated adaptability, agility, and collaborative team spirit
- Fluency in English and French
Skills
Experience
Solid experience in client analytics, CRM, or data-driven environments within a luxury or international corporate setting. Proven track record of managing complex data initiatives, driving data quality improvements, and collaborating effectively across multiple business units and geographies.
Education
Tertiary qualification in business, data science, analytics, or related field preferred.
