Client Data & Insights Analyst at Cartier in New York. Support client data projects and deliver analytics for luxury retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve client database quality through cleansing updates, profile merges, client reassignments, and ongoing data governance adherence
  • Provide expertise on data platforms including Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and Looker, supporting all database and client data-related projects
  • Assist commercial teams (boutiques and specialist retail) with client reporting to measure performance against clienteling, MyClients data capture, and Cartier Care KPIs
  • Identify, analyze, interpret and present performance metrics for all client-related KPIs, intelligence and insights
  • Support the development of reports and client activation plans that enable network optimization of client development initiatives and prioritization of Maison programs
  • Conduct analytics on client database and omni-channel client behavior patterns to identify trends and recommendations for loyalty, acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional corporate teams to address client data needs and deliver actionable insights and solutions
  • Extract and manage client lists to support client engagement strategies, product launches and boutique activations
  • Deliver training to boutiques on data input standards and insights best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience managing data and analytics projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Looker preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong critical thinking ability
