Richemont is hiring a Client Data & Insights Analyst in New York to drive CRM analytics and client segmentation for its maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and quality-check client datasets to enable accurate segmentation, lifecycle and retention analyses.
- Produce actionable insights and regular dashboards for CRM, marketing and retail teams to optimise client acquisition, reactivation and lifetime value.
- Design and implement customer segmentation, propensity and CLV models to prioritise high-value opportunities.
- Translate analytical results into commercial recommendations and present findings to stakeholders across regional and global teams.
- Partner with CRM, e‑commerce and retail operations to instrument and evaluate campaigns, A/B tests and multi-channel journeys.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and build automated reporting to monitor campaign and channel performance.
- Ensure data governance and documentation standards are applied, collaborating with IT and data engineering on data pipelines and integrations.
- Support ad‑hoc analyses and business cases to inform pricing, loyalty and clienteling strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, data science, business analytics or a related quantitative discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in customer analytics, CRM analytics or marketing insights—experience in retail or luxury goods strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to translate complex analyses into concise commercial recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience with customer segmentation, lifetime value modelling, and experimental design (A/B testing).
- Strong data governance mindset with attention to data quality, lineage and documentation.
- Professional fluency in stakeholder engagement across marketing, retail and IT functions.

Typically 2–4 years of analytical experience focused on client, CRM or marketing analytics; prior exposure to luxury retail or multi-channel clientelling is highly desirable.
Education
