Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Client Data Analyst in Paris to structure KPIs, analyze client data, and develop dashboards using SQL, Python, and GCP.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define, structure, and monitor client KPIs according to the maison's business objectives and strategic priorities
- Document KPI definitions and associated methodologies comprehensively to ensure harmonization across headquarters and markets globally
- Conduct in-depth client analyses to address business challenges; translate business questions into structured analytical results and actionable insights
- Leverage Google Cloud Platform, SQL, and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Develop and implement a coherent client dashboard strategy to ensure consistency and homogeneity across analytical reporting
- Present insights and findings through compelling reports and presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages
