Client Data Analyst (H/F) at Richemont in Paris. Drive customer insights across luxury retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client data analytics dashboards and reporting infrastructure to support luxury retail operations
  • Analyse customer purchasing behaviour, segmentation, and lifetime value metrics to inform strategic retail decisions
  • Collaborate with clienteling, merchandising, and marketing teams to identify data-driven opportunities for customer engagement and revenue growth
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis on client datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and predictive insights
  • Design and implement data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and integrity of customer data across platforms
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders using compelling visualisations and business narratives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or customer analytics within retail or luxury sectors
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis
  • Expertise with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs, customer segmentation methodologies, and CRM systems
