Richemont Client and Events Intern in Singapore: support luxury client engagement and event management. Oct 2026 - Jun 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of client and event activations, including eDM campaigns and clienteling initiatives
- Coordinate all event logistics including online registration, setup, vendor management, guest lists, and post-event follow-up
- Prepare post-mortem reports and presentations analyzing client engagement activities and competitive landscape
- Support client gifting programs including gift development, vendor coordination, inventory management, and logistics
- Consolidate internal client service inquiries and provide resources to stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the Client and Events team as required
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated passion for luxury retail and client relations management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools or Salesforce is advantageous

Experience
Preferably previous exposure to event management, client services, or luxury retail environments, though not essential for entry-level candidates.
Education
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
