Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of client-facing events and private appointments, including logistics, venue liaison and on-site coordination.
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs and seating plans; maintain accurate attendee records and VIP briefings.
- Assist with client communications and personalised outreach, ensuring a seamless pre- and post-event experience.
- Prepare event materials: agendas, name badges, briefing packs and post-event follow-up reports.
- Update CRM records and databases with event outcomes, client feedback and prospecting intelligence.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, retail, marketing, PR) and external vendors (caterers, AV, florists) to uphold brand standards.
- Provide administrative support for the events team, including calendar management, expense tracking and supplier invoicing.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's programme in hospitality, events management, marketing, communications or a related discipline.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric demeanour and polished written and verbal English.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
- Availability for the full internship period (January to June 2026) and flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- Right to work in Singapore for the internship duration (where applicable).

0–1 years of relevant experience; prior internships or part-time roles in events, luxury retail, hospitality or client services are advantageous.

Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree in hospitality, events, marketing, communications or a related field.
