Richemont seeks a Client & Engagement Data Product Owner in Meyrin to lead data product strategy and enhance client intelligence capabilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for client and engagement data initiatives, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder requirements
- Oversee the development and deployment of data products that enhance client understanding and engagement capabilities across the Richemont portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, engineering, marketing, and retail operations to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Establish key performance indicators and success metrics for data product offerings, ensuring measurable impact on client relationships and revenue
- Manage stakeholder communications and present data-driven insights to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities in client data and engagement technology
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably within data products, analytics platforms, or customer intelligence solutions
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and analytics infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in luxury retail, high-end e-commerce, or similar high-stakes customer-centric environments is preferred
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5–7 years of product management or data strategy experience, with at least 3 years focused on data products, analytics platforms, or customer engagement initiatives. Prior experience in the luxury goods, selective retail, or high-end hospitality sectors is valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline. Advanced degree or certification in product management, data science, or business analytics is advantageous.
