Client and Commercial Operations Intern at Richemont in Amsterdam. Support luxury retail operations and client management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support client relationship management and commercial operations initiatives
- Assist in coordinating client communications and account management activities
- Provide administrative support to the operations and commercial teams
- Contribute to the analysis and documentation of operational processes
- Support the execution of commercial projects and client-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree program (business, commerce, operations, or related field)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
