Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Zurich to deliver personalized luxury retail experiences and build lasting relationships with discerning clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalized service and product expertise
  • Provide comprehensive consultations on collections and brand heritage to discerning clientele
  • Facilitate sales transactions while ensuring seamless and elegant customer experiences
  • Identify client preferences and curate bespoke recommendations aligned with individual style
  • Document client interactions and preferences in CRM systems to enable continuity of service

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client services
  • Fluency in English and German, with French or Italian preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to engage discerning clientele with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
  • Strong product knowledge and commitment to brand representation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience
