Richemont seeks a Sales Associate (part-time, 40%) in Zurich to deliver luxury client service and support boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Drive boutique sales performance and contribute to achievement of daily and monthly targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of watches, jewellery and related categories; present product provenance, materials and technical features accurately.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) transactions, process payments and complete accurate sales documentation and after-sales handovers.
- Support visual merchandising standards, ensure boutique presentation and product replenishment in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock, participate in inventory controls and adhere to loss-prevention procedures and internal compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the store team on client events, private viewings and appointment scheduling; provide concise handover notes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally within luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach and high standards of discretion.
- Excellent numeracy and experience handling cash and POS systems accurately.
- Flexible availability including weekends and occasional evenings to support boutique hours and client appointments.
- Right to work in Switzerland (or ability to obtain necessary work authorization).
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ year of sales experience in luxury retail or boutique environments; direct experience with watches or high jewellery is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training in retail, luxury sales or a related discipline preferred.
