IWC Client Advisor in Toronto, Canada: luxury watch sales role with $24–$26/hr compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Host clients and stakeholders with personalized customer service tailored to individual preferences
- Achieve personal sales targets and exceed boutique turnover objectives through active selling of watches, accessories, and services
- Identify and create sales opportunities both within and outside the boutique environment to cultivate prospect and client networks
- Develop and maintain client databases through CRM platform management, executing day-to-day clienteling activities
- Handle customer service requests and operational processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as a brand ambassador of IWC inside and outside the boutique, demonstrating expertise in company history, products, partnerships, and the luxury watch industry
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across the boutique in compliance with global IWC guidelines
- Contribute to boutique operations and key performance indicators through leadership in visual merchandising, customer service, and CRM execution
- Support the boutique team with a collaborative approach and strong operational discipline
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in sales or hospitality
- Background in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable with video conferencing software
- Strong emotional intelligence and refined interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated excellence in sales achievement and client relationship development
Skills
Experience
3–5 years in sales or hospitality, preferably in luxury retail or upscale customer-facing environments. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or related fields preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 24 to CAD 26 per hour.
